Day 01
Arrival into Kathmandu. Meet upon arrival with traditional garland ceremony and transfer to your hotel, Soaltee Crowne Plaza (5 star deluxe). Evening cultural program depicting the folk dances of the various tribes of Nepal followed by an authentic Nepali dinner. Return to hotel for overnight. (Dinner)

Day 02
After breakfast at the hotel, commence for a whole day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu City, Patan City, Tibetan refugee Camp, Swayambhunath and Bodhnath Stupas, Kumari temple, etc. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 03
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for your flight to Lukla. Phakding (2652 m). The flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2804 m) has to be one of the most spectacular in the world! After luggage claim and a cup of tea, the trail leads north west and descends to the Bhote Koshi river. Campsite at Phakding. A 2 hours walk. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 04
Namche Bazaar (3445 m). After the national park entry point at Jorsale continue up river and cross the river. From here a steep climb to Namche Bazaar. While going up this trail there are the first views of Everest (8848 m) and Lhotse (8511 m). Lhotse is a traditional trading center with a bazaar that is held every Saturday. A 6 hours walk. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 05
Rest day for acclimatization. A walk through this interesting village and an opportunity for proper acclimatization. An excursion can be taken to Thame (3810 m). (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 06
Thyangboche (3867 m). Ascending through a Rhododendron forest to Thayangboche. This is the main monastery in the Khumbu region. Which is fully restored after the fire in 1990. A five and a half hours walk. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 07
Phortse (3847 m). This day the trek is short and it gives time for relaxation and exploration of the monastery area. After lunch at Thyangboche, the trail descends all the way to the Imja Khola river and then gradually uphill to Phortse. This village consists of about 30 houses and lies on the lower southern flank of Tawache, directly across the valley from Thyangboche. A three and a half hours walk. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 08
Khunde/Khumjung (3790 m). Descend through forest to the Dudh Koshi River. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 09
Monjo (2835 m). A full day descending trail through Namche Bazaar and off down the hill along the Dudh Koshi river. Campsite close to the National Park boundary. A five hours walk. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 10
Lukla (2804 m). From here the walk to Lukla takes quite a while. The 2 hours walk uphill is quite strenuous. A five hours walk. Overnight at the Sagarmatha Resort. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 11
After breakfast in Lukla, an early morning return flight to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu. Rest of the day free. Dinner and overnight. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 12
After breakfast, transfer to the domestic airport for your 20 minutes' flight to Bharatpur. Upon arrival, pick up by jungle camp vehicle and transfer to Machan Wildlife Resort. Lunch and briefing upon arrival and assignment of accommodation. Late afternoon elephant back safari into the wild grassland of Chitwan for views of the wildlife in their natural habitat. Return to camp for dinner and overnight. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 13
There is an opportunity for early birds to take nature walks to view birds that flock to the riverside in the morning. After breakfast, various wildlife activities such as dugout canoe rides on the Narayani river, elephant back safari, nature walks, etc. Lunch in lodge. Evening ethnic Tharu cultural dances with dinner. Overnight. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 14
After breakfast, drive back to Bharatpur for your return flight to Kathmandu. Meet upon arrival and proceed for lunch. After lunch, drive to the ancient medieval city of Bhadgaon for a half day sightseeing tour. Evening free for shopping, etc. Dinner and overnight. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 15
After breakfast, at leisure until departure transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
