Adorned by the spectacular Himalaya, Nepal is a land of splendid landscapes, old temples, a country rich in picturesque magnificence and cultural resources. Nepal has most of the highest mountains in the world, including Sagarmatha (Mt. Everest) towering above lush green valleys and thick forest plains.
As the land of Majestic Himalayas, Nepal encompasses in its splendour seven of nine World Heritage sites, with mountain peaks ranging from 2000 ft. to 29028 ft. above the sea level. Visitors can enjoy the Nepalese environment, nature biodiversity and beauty throughout the year.
 
 
This colossal and ancient stupa, one of the biggest in the world has all the seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. It liews eight kilometers east of Kathmandu. It was built by Lichchhavi King Man Dev in the fifth century AD.
This place of worship attracts tens of thousands of Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet , Sikkim and Bhutan every year in winter. This place is often described as a mini-Tibet of Nepal .
